Footage Management:
- Work with relevant teams to purchase licensed content (footage, KOLs) and ensure ad creatives do not violate copyright regulations.
- Monitor and resolve DMCA-related issues, including taking action when competitors infringe on your company’s content.
- Manage footage development process with the internal team and 3rd party partners to ensure time & quality delivery of original content footage
Partnerships Management:
- Work directly with Meta & Google (and other channels) Account Managers to ensure smooth campaign operation
- Setup direct training between Meta, Google and CPM team to make sure we follow the most updated policies and technical ads operation
Project Management and Operations:
- Plan and coordinate internal projects, ensuring all tasks are executed on time and efficiently.
- Build and optimize operational processes for managing ad resources, financial operations, and content management.
Budget Management:
- Collaborate with the Accounting team and Performance Marketing to plan daily ad spend budgets for various campaigns.
- Monitor, control, and report on advertising expenses to ensure optimal use of financial resources.
Optimize and Manage Ad Resources:
- Ensure that all necessary ad resources (fanpages, pixels, ad accounts) are timely and appropriately allocated to the Performance Marketing team.
- Address issues related to ad accounts being disabled, restricted fanpages, and other resource management challenges.
Team Management (3-5 members):
- Recruit, train, and develop team members responsible for ad resources, finance, DMCA content, and advertising partnerships.
- Evaluate team performance and implement plans to improve individual and team effectiveness.
- Ensure the team operates efficiently, meeting work targets and adhering to internal processes.
