As an English & Communication Trainer of our People Operations & Empowerment (POE) Team, you will employ your expertise in developing customized training programs and in-depth coaching to improve the English language and (professional) communication skills of our employees across the organization. Reporting to the People Ops Director, you will collaborate closely with other business partners to implement innovative and engaging training programs that align with our business objectives.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Proactively collaborate with senior management to identify training needs and develop tailored training programs
  • Develop and conduct interactive and engaging training programs on English language proficiency and effective (professional) communication skills
  • Provide individualized coaching and feedback to employees to support them embed theoretical materials into their professional practice and development
  • Frequently assess training effectiveness and continuously improve training materials and methodologies
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between training objectives and organizational goals

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Native English speaker from the UK, North America, or Australia
  • Bachelor's degree in an accredited college or university with at least 3 years of adult training/coaching experience
  • Strong proficiency in communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated experience in teaching English language and communication skills to non-native speakers, both individually and in groups is a plus
  • Knowledge of effective English language learning techniques and methodologies
  • Certification in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL), CELTA, TESOL, English as a Second Language (ESL), or equivalent is a plus
  • Commitment to at least 12 months of work at Crossian
