We are developing a comprehensive and sophisticated Global eCommerce Platform specializing in Supply Chain Management, with a focus on Inventory Management, Manufacturing Management, and Order Fulfillment. Our system currently supports approximately > 100K product variants.

Our solutions include:

  • Advanced inventory management to ensure accurate stock levels and streamline operations, including a feature that suggests restocking orders when certain variants are low in stock, considering upcoming sales plans.
  • Manufacturing management tools to optimize production schedules and reduce overhead.
  • End-to-end order fulfillment capabilities to manage shipping, tracking, and delivery efficiently.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Establish clear goals for inventory optimization - such as minimizing stockouts, reducing overstock, or improving replenishment cycles - aligned with overall business strategy.
  • Create and maintain a product roadmap that prioritizes initiatives (e.g., real-time inventory monitoring, and automated reordering systems).
  • Collaborate with supply chain teams, operations, finance, marketing, and customer service to understand pain points and business needs.
  • Translate business problems into clear, actionable product requirements and user stories for data science and engineering teams.
  • Work closely with data scientists, engineers, UX/UI designers, and business analysts to build and refine data products
  • Partner with data scientists to design, test, and validate predictive models and algorithms
  • Work with analytics teams to build dashboards and visualizations that provide real-time insights
  • Oversee the integration of disparate data sources (e.g., sales, supplier data, and warehouse systems) to create a unified view for analytics.


WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Background in Data Science, Data Engineering, Data Analysis, or Product Management
  • Knowledge of statistical modeling and machine learning techniques
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel, SQL, Python, and data visualization software
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically
  • Strong verbal and stakeholder-facing communication skillset
  • Solid documentation writing skills
  • English proficiency
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments

Preferred (but not required)

  • Strong business acumen and understanding of e-commerce operations
  • Experience with inventory management systems and software
  • Experience in managing projects, including setting timelines, milestones, and deliverables
