ABOUT THE ROLE

We are now building a comprehensive eCommerce platform (Storefront, Payment Gateway, CRM, Marketing Insights, and more) to set new standards in cross-border eCommerce.

We are developing a comprehensive platform covering Storefront, Payment Gateway, Marketing Insights, CRM, and more. As a Product Owner, you will be at the heart of this innovation, translating business needs into product features that directly impact both our business and our users.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Backlog Management: Define, prioritize, and refine the product backlog to ensure the team focuses on the highest-value features.
  • Requirement Gathering & Documentation: Translate business requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business owners, marketing, operations, and engineering to align product outcomes with company goals.
  • eCommerce Platform Focus: Leverage knowledge of Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Magento, and similar platforms to design relevant solutions.
  • UI/UX Input: Ensure designs prioritize usefulness and usability, with accessibility as a secondary consideration.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize data analysis (with a minimum of 6 months’ hands-on experience) to identify opportunities, measure outcomes, and inform prioritization.
  • SDLC Support: Collaborate with QA and Dev teams during refinement, testing, and UAT phases to ensure quality delivery.


WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst/ Product Owner or related positions (preferably in eCommerce, retail, or logistics).
  • Solid knowledge of Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum.
  • Experience with data analysis (min. 6 months hands-on).
  • UI/UX awareness (usefulness, usability; accessibility is a plus).
  • Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Growth mindset, ownership, and commitment.
