At Crossian, as our Creative Strategist, you’ll be at the intersection of creativity and strategy, helping us build products people love while designing content that drives sales and extends product life time value. You will shape the go-to-market strategy for our unique & innovative fashion products, work alongside talented teams, and use your analytical and creative skills to drive customer engagement and optimize performance.

What will you do

Unleash Your Creativity

- Translate insights from market research and customer behavior into top-tier content, from viral video creatives to jaw-dropping websites

- Be the market guru, identifying US customer trends, consumer preferences, and competitor move

- Shape video scripts, image concepts, and website visuals for paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, Pinterest.

Think Strategically

- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify product-market fit in the retail industry, analyzing customer preferences, industry trends, and competitor performance to enhance product offerings.

- Mastermind go-to-market product marketing strategy for our fashion products that keeps engagement high and conversions rolling in

- Utilize data insights to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions to optimize conversion rate.

- Connect insights across product, creative, and performance to inform bigger picture strategy.

Cross-functional Collaboration

- Work and guide Footage Development team with campaign direction and execution, ensuring a steady pipeline of fresh UGC footage

- Inspire Product Design team with sharp insights that spark ideas for new products development & ideation.

- Partner with Video Editors & Graphic Designers to turn your ideas into polished, high-performing ads.

- Partner with Performance to design creative test plans and turn data into repeatable wins

- Provide additional support on other campaigns, flexing your creativity wherever needed.

What we are looking for

Educational background:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Business Administration, Journalism & Communications, Linguistics, or related fields.

- Graduated from top-tier universities in the field. Preference for candidates from FTU, NEU, Diplomatic Academy, Academy of Journalism and Communication.

- International university graduates are a plus.

- Strong academic performance (GPA > 3.0).

- IELTS 7.0+ or equivalent is a must

Work experience:

- 1-2 years of experience in product marketing, digital marketing, or a related area, preferably in the e-commerce industry.

- Proven track record of creating and executing successful go-to-market strategies for digital or physical products.

- Strong understanding of market research, data analysis, and consumer behavior

- Experience in e-commerce or as a retail/ e-commerce shop owner is a plus

Skills:

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for creative and engaging content

- Strong attention to detail and a passion for optimizing digital content for maximum conversion.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including creatives, product, and performance marketing teams.

- Aptitude for turning data into actionable insights

- A creative mindset with an ability to stay ahead of the curve in digital trends.
