As our UA Marketing Specialist, you will have full ownership of user acquisition campaigns focused on mobile apps or games — from strategy to execution — with strong support from our in-house creative, analytics, and product teams. We’re seeking someone with a solid background in user acquisition for mobile apps or games, who’s eager to drive performance at scale using tools like Applovin, Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and more.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Plan, execute, and scale data-driven User Acquisition (UA) campaigns across mobile ad networks: Applovin, Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Mintegral, IronSource, and more.
  • Monitor and optimize UA campaigns to improve key performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS, and LTV.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with creative, analytics, and product teams to align messaging and ensure high-impact executions.
  • Stay ahead of mobile ad tech trends and quickly adapt to changes in platform algorithms, bidding models, and audience behaviors.
  • Test and iterate ad creatives, signal segments, and campaign strategies to continuously improve performance and maximize return on investment.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Accounting, Auditing, Finance, Data Analysis, Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
  • 1+ YOE in performance marketing, focusing on user acquisition objectives in Applovin, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, or other ad networks for eCommerce / App, Games.
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to extract growth insights from performance data.
  • Familiarity with tracking & attribution tools
  • A growth mindset and performance-driven approach — always testing, learning, and iterating.
  • Experience in e-commerce or D2C growth is a plus
