Fashion Designer (Womenswear) | US Market | Total Annual Compensation up to $40.000/year

We are hiring three Womenswear Fashion Designers to join our product development team:

- Bra Designer (Intimates) x 2

- Bottomwear Designer x 1

HCM-based candidates are welcome to apply. Please note that a mandatory 3-month training and onboarding period in Hanoi is required, with relocation allowance provided.

- Create design concepts and technical drawings

- Work with technical teams to ensure accurate and timely sample development

- Partner with marketing to communicate key features and product benefits

- Research US womenswear trends, customer needs, and purchase insights to guide design decisions

- Design products that look good and feel right for customers, both visually & functionally

- 3+ years in Fashion/Technical Design (Experience in intimate design is a plus)

- Strong understanding of fit, function, materials & construction

- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator for technical drawings

- Ability to apply market insights & sold data to improve design performance

- Strong visual reasoning, understanding how design influences customer perception

- Good communication and collaboration across product & marketing teams

- Able to adapt quickly and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

- English working proficiency
