ABOUT THE ROLE

At Crossin, we leverage AI to automate data analysis and campaign optimization — so creative has become the real competitive edge in user acquisition. We're looking for a Performance Creative Specialist who turns market and data insights into winning ad creatives: someone with strong content development instincts and enough performance-marketing sense to know what the data is telling them, ready to steer the AI algorithm toward the creatives that scale.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Conduct market research to uncover creative angles and content directions
  • Develop ad creative concepts and content ideas, then turn them into clear, structured content briefs
  • Own the content brief creation workflow and design content flows from concept to finished creative
  • Collaborate with the Content/Creative team to brainstorm ad ideas and bring concepts to life
  • Execute A/B tests for videos/images across UA campaigns to find high-performing creative
  • Analyze creative and campaign performance (CTR, CVR, CPM, CPI, ROAS) and turn results into new creative angles and iterations
  • Work alongside UA campaigns on major ad platforms (Applovin, Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Mintegral, Affiliate, etc.), staying close to how creative performs in-channel


WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Analysis, Economics, or a related field
  • 2+ years in Content Creation, Performance Marketing, or User Acquisition for mobile apps/games; direct experience running ad campaigns is a plus, not a must
  • Strong content development skills: a solid grasp of content components and elements, brief creation, and content flow design; able to turn market and data insights into fresh creative angles
  • Understanding of core performance marketing metrics (e.g. CTR, CVR, CPI, ROAS)
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to read performance data and translate it into creative decisions
  • Comfortable using AI tools in a creative and analytics workflow
  • Fluent English (Written and reading)
  • A growth mindset and performance-driven approach — always testing, learning, and iterating

  • Monthly Salary: Competitive and negotiable based on experience (Up-to 5000$/month)
