UGC Creator Acquisition Specialist (Up to $1.500)

We are looking for a UGC Creator Acquisition Specialist to build and grow our global network of content partners: UGC models worldwide and product studios in China. They produce the video footage behind our fashion product lines. You will scout and recruit new partners at scale, get them onboarded onto our platform quickly, and keep partner administration running smoothly.

Partner Acquisition:

- Build a steady pipeline of UGC model partners worldwide through active hunting on social platforms and creator communities, and through recruitment ads on Meta & TikTok.

- Screen profiles and portfolios to identify models who fit our products and target audience.

- Persuade the right models to join our platform and complete a paid trial video, then assess their on-camera performance to select active partners.

- Track funnel results and continuously improve sourcing channels and outreach to hit monthly partner targets.

Partner Onboarding:

- Guide new partners through onboarding onto Crossian's platform using our existing guides, video tutorials and step-by-step process.

- Act as the first point of contact for partner questions, escalating technical issues to the right team.

- Follow up on partners' first deliveries so they become productive quickly.

Partner Administration:

- Present and explain our partnership contract terms and secure partner agreement and signatures.

- Coordinate partner payments with the Accounting team to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

- Keep the partner database and records up to date.

- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in English, International Business, Marketing, Communication, HR or a related field.

- At least 2 years of experience in high-volume recruitment, talent sourcing, KOL/creator partnerships, casting, or a similar outbound role.

- Proven track record of running a recruitment or partner funnel end to end (lead → screening → conversion → trial) with measurable results.

- A strong eye for on-camera talent: able to judge from a portfolio and a demo video whether a model looks natural and credible for our audience.

- Excellent English, written and spoken (IELTS 6.5+ or equivalent). Mandarin is a plus.

- Proficient in Google Sheets or a CRM for funnel tracking; comfortable with LinkedIn, social platforms, creator marketplaces and AI tools.

- Experience running or coordinating lead-generation ads on Meta/TikTok is a strong plus.
