Quality Control Specialist (Warehouse - Apparel Production)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Quality Control Specialist to join our team in the apparel production warehouse. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet our quality standards before they are shipped out to customers. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, the candidate must be willing to travel from factories to factories to conduct quality inspections and ensure consistency in our product quality across all locations.

• Conduct thorough quality inspections on incoming raw materials, components, and finished products at factories and warehouses.
• Identify and report any defects, discrepancies, or non-conformities in accordance with established quality standards and procedures.
• Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Proactive involvement in factory audit/selection / improvement; in the production and agreement of specifications; reviewing performance.
• Maintain accurate records of quality inspection results and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality specifications and standards.
• Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and guidelines.
• Train warehouse staff on quality control processes and procedures.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency.

• Knowledge of quality management systems and methodologies.
• Previous experience in quality control, preferably in apparel production or a related industry.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects and discrepancies.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Business and commercial understanding.
• High integrity and business ethics.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
• Familiarity with garment construction and production processes is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
•  Ability to travel between warehouses to perform quality inspections as needed.
• Flexibility to adjust schedules and travel plans based on business needs.
• Willingness to work in varying warehouse environments and adapt to different working conditions.
