As a Supply Chain Project Manager, you're expected to be a self-starter who takes initiatives. A take-charge person who is obsessed with problem solving and trying to find the best solutions and alternatives to a problem. A team player who leads by example, and able to champion processes that make team members accountable and productive.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

1️⃣ Project Management

  • Project portfolio management: Prioritize project pipeline with the SCE Manager, balance resources across concurrent projects, and ensure on-time, desired-quality delivery.
  • Project execute: Execute end-to-end project across the following streams - SCM system/tech development, operational expansion, and cross-functional process improvement.
  • Budgeting and planning: Build budgets, track spend, and keep projects within approved cost.
  • Establish project governance: Establish lightweight but effective PMO governance from the ground up - planning standards, milestone and timeline tracking, risk & dependency management, and contingency planning for a growing company.
  • Status reporting: Provide SCE & Crossian leadership with weekly status reports including progress, issues, risks, and decisions requirement management support.


2️⃣ Resource & Capacity Planning

Internal resources:

  • Build and maintain the SCE-wide human resource and team capacity view across functions (Merchandising, Fulfillment, QC, Sourcing/PM), covering both projects and daily operations.
  • Analyze team workload against demand and operational/project pipeline; identify capacity gaps and over-allocation.
  • Provide reallocation and hiring-need recommendations to the SCE Manager, and input capacity constraints into project portfolio prioritization.

External resources:

  • Run periodic capacity planning cycles with the Production, Fulfillment, and Partner Management Teams to build and validate production, fulfillment and partner acquisition plans - ensuring they are reasonable relative to sales demand and achievable with current and planned capacity.
  • Manage the approved plans and track progress; flag deviations early and drive corrective actions


3️⃣ People Management

  • Manage, mentor, and grow the Project Coordinator team; drive recruitment and development paths.
  • Allocate PCs to projects and ensure consistent coordination quality across the portfolio.


4️⃣ Process & Knowledge Management

  • Champion agile ways of working within SCE.
  • Ensure project documentation and knowledge repositories are complete, organized, and accessible.


WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management/Administration, Project Management, or Logistics & Supply Chain Management or related field from a recognized university.
  • 5–7+ years, including 3+ years of hands-on project management with multiple concurrent projects — preferably e-commerce, tech-driven, or supply chain businesses.
  • Proven analytical and data skills (Excel/Sheets, BI tools) for capacity/workload modeling and budgeting.
  • Experience in S&OP/supply planning, PMO, or software development projects is a competitive advantage.
  • English Fluency.
  • Proven ability to work with ambiguity and translating complex concepts into project deliverability and accountability.
  • Portfolio management and prioritization capability; comfortable making resource trade-off recommendations.
  • Strong analytical and planning capability: workload/capacity modelling, gap analysis, and budget management.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
