We are looking for a motivated and skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist with some experience in headhunting to contribute to our recruitment efforts. In this role, you will assist in identifying, engaging, and hiring top talent while ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process. You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers to source high-quality candidates, especially for critical roles, leveraging your networking and outreach skills.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Recruitment Initiatives:

  • Assist in creating and executing recruitment strategies to meet the hiring needs of various departments.
  • Post job openings on relevant platforms, including job boards and social media, to attract diverse talent.


Headhunting and Candidate Sourcing:

  • Use innovative sourcing methods, including direct outreach, networking, and headhunting, to identify passive candidates.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.


Candidate Screening:

  • Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidates’ qualifications for alignment with role requirements.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.


Collaboration with Hiring Managers:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their team needs, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and challenges.


Candidate Experience:

  • Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Communicate promptly and transparently with candidates about their status.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • At least 2 years experience in recruiting function, proven experience in talent acquisition, including headhunting for middle-level roles.
  • Strong networking skills and a demonstrated ability to engage passive candidates.
  • Good command in English.
  • Be proactive, possess "can do" attitude plus good analytical skills, and able to work under pressure in dealing with demands and priorities with positive.
  • Possess good human relations, good planning, leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.

  • Monthly Salary Range: 16-25M VND (depending on experience)
