We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with expertise in headhunting to lead our recruitment initiatives and drive strategic hiring decisions. In this role, you will take ownership of identifying, engaging, and onboarding top-tier talent to meet our business needs. You will work closely with leadership teams to attract high-caliber professionals, leveraging your networking and headhunting skills to ensure the acquisition of the best candidates in the market.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Talent Acquisition Strategy:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify hiring needs and create tailored talent acquisition plans.


Headhunting and Sourcing:

  • Proactively identify, approach, and engage passive candidates through innovative sourcing techniques and headhunting strategies.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for critical and high-level positions.


Candidate Management:

  • Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure they align with role requirements and company values.
  • Guide candidates through the recruitment process, providing an exceptional candidate experience.


Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, offering insights on market trends, talent availability, and competitive salary benchmarks.
  • Work closely with HR teams to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals.


Recruitment Analytics:

  • Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of hiring strategies.
  • Continuously refine processes to improve efficiency and quality of hires.


Employer Branding:

  • Enhance the company’s employer brand by representing the organization at industry events, career fairs, and on digital platforms.


WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • At least 5 years experience in recruiting function, proven experience in senior talent acquisition, including headhunting for senior-level roles.
  • Strong networking skills and a demonstrated ability to engage passive candidates.
  • Good command in English
  • Be proactive, possess "can do" attitude plus good analytical skills, and able to work under pressure in dealing with demands and priorities with positive
  • Possess good human relations, good planning, leadership, decision-making, and communication skills
