We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly motivated Junior Project Coordinator with a passion for fashion and project management to join our US Market Product Development team.

You will work closely with Product Managers and creative teams to support Agile workflows, coordinate teams, and maintain project timelines and documentation to ensure on-time delivery.

No fashion experience required, we value your ability to learn fast, stay organized, work with data, and collaborate with diverse teams and external partners to drive smooth project execution from start to finish.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As Junior Project Coordinator, you will be at the center of daily project activities. Your work will directly support the team’s ability to deliver on time and at high quality.

Team Coordination & Agile Process



  • Assist Product Managers in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
  • Organize and document team meetings with clear agendas, notes, and follow-up actions
  • Facilitate smooth collaboration across Product Managers, Designers, and other stakeholders
Timeline & Risk Monitoring



  • Assist in building and updating project timelines with clear milestones
  • Monitor progress against deadlines and highlight risks early
  • Support contingency planning with Product Managers and team leads
Stakeholder Management


  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as Supply Chain, Content, and Creative
  • Support onboarding and collaboration with vendors, freelancers, and other external partners
  • Track deliverables and proactively address issues to maintain alignment
Documentation & Reporting



  • Maintain project-related documents and knowledge repositories
  • Prepare progress reports and distribute timely updates to stakeholders
  • Act as a point of contact for project-related inquiries


WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Educational Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
Work Experience



  • 1 year of experience in project coordination or similar roles within a fast-paced environment
  • Fresh graduates with strong motivation and organizational skills are also encouraged to apply
  • Some exposure to Agile or cross-functional projects is an advantage
Technical Skills



  • Strong organization & time management
  • Data mindset, comfortable working with spreadsheets, tracking metrics
  • Good communication (verbal & written) to keep everyone aligned
  • Proactive & detail-oriented
  • Logical & curious, like improving processes

Additional Requirements



  • A genuine interest in the fashion industry, especially retail and consumer products.
  • Proficiency in English (IELTS 7.0+ or equivalent), with confidence in working directly with international teammates
