As a (Senior) Learning & Development Specialist, you will drive employee growth by combining personalized coaching with strategic program design. You'll manage 50+ individual learning journeys focused on solving urgent business problems while building long-term career skills. Your work directly influences performance, engagement, and retention through 1-on-1 habit coaching, curated learning paths, and data-driven outcomes. Collaborating with line managers and subject matter experts, you'll scale impact using AI-enabled workflows, demonstrating L&D's ROI and aligning talent development with Crossian's strategic priorities.
