  • As a Product Operations Specialist, you will play a foundational role in optimizing our internal operations and data systems. In this role, you will be responsible for processing and validating high-quality data to support our business automation workflows. Acting as a critical link between operational reality and system efficiency, you will ensure high data precision and format consistency as we scale our tech-driven capabilities.


Key responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and annotate operational data to support our internal automation pipelines.
  • Perform quality assurance on automated system outputs and flag anomalies or edge cases.
  • Manage structured data inputs for ad automation pipelines, ensuring format consistency.
  • Collaborate with Technical teams to refine data labeling guidelines and improve system efficiency and accuracy.
  • Maintain logs on data labeling throughput and model feedback accuracy.


Requirements

  • (Prefered) 1-2 years of experience in data operations or digital marketing/ads.
  • Basic understanding of performance marketing (CTR, CPC, ROAS) 
  • Experience with data labeling/annotation or similar data-driven tasks.
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets (data manipulation, cleaning).
  • High attention to detail and ability to follow strict annotation guidelines.
