ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for an Email Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our email/SMS marketing system for a growing D2C Fashion company. This is a hands-on role focused on execution, systems, and performance, not surface-level newsletters or ecommerce blasts.


You will be responsible for fixing deliverability issues, running consistent campaigns, improving copy and sequencing, and ensuring leads move cleanly from inbox to paid customers. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys diagnosing messy email systems, tightening operations, and turning underperforming programs into reliable growth channels.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in email/sms marketing, lifecycle marketing, or email operations.
  • Strong knowledge of email deliverability, sender reputation, and inbox placement
  • Hands-on experience with CRMs or email platforms such as Go High Level, Salesforce, or similar
  • Experience with list segmentation, campaign QA, and operational accuracy
  • Strong written English and comfort improving or writing email copy
  • Comfortable operating with high-level direction in a fast-moving environment
  • Experience scaling email systems across multiple brands or audiences

WHAT YOU WILL DO

1. Email/SMS System Ownership and Deliverability


  • Own the email/SMS infrastructure and sending setup inside Go High Level or equivalent platforms
  • Diagnose and fix deliverability issues including spam placement and sender identity problems
  • Set up and maintain proper domains, authentication, and sending best practices
  • Recommend improvements or tool changes based on cost, reliability, and scalability


2. Campaign Execution and Lead Nurture


  • Manage existing customers' database and nurture them through email for repeating purchase
  • Run ongoing email campaigns with a target cadence of approximately three emails per week
  • Build segmented audiences to ensure engagement is high & conversion rolling in
  • Monitor users' flows and ensure email to purchase conversion works reliably


3. Email Copy and Messaging Strategy


  • Review, improve, and write email copy where needed
  • Optimize existing sequences and campaigns for clarity, trust, and conversion
  • Ensure emails reflect a consistent brand voice rather than individual senders
  • Balance educational, trust-building, and conversion-focused messaging
  • Continuously test messaging by segment, persona, and intent


4. Cross-Team Coordination and Ownership


  • Act as the main point person for all email-related execution
  • Coordinate with internal content, creative & Tech teams to reduce errors and confusion
  • Take full responsibility for email performance without heavy oversight

  • Base Salary: Up to 1,500 USD/month (based on experience) + Commission. Total Income up to 3,000 USD/ month
