ABOUT THE ROLE

This role will bridge leadership vision with everyday employee experience, ensuring our purpose culture and learning culture are lived authentically — driving engagement, retention, alignment in a values-first environment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  1. Internal Communication& Corporate Culture
  • Define, evolve and embed the company’s core values, behaviors, rituals, and cultural principles in collaboration with leadership and employees
  • Design and execute annual culture & engagement strategy (pulse surveys, culture diagnostics, focus groups, culture action plans)
  • Lead signature culture programs (onboarding experience, recognition & appreciation systems, lifecycle moments, belonging & inclusion initiatives,….)
  • Design and own the internal communication strategy, channels, and calendar
  • Lead company-wide communication vehicles: all-hands meetings, newsletters, intranet / Slack / channels, BOD updates, town halls, leadership alignment sessions.
  1. Employer Branding
  • Own the internal employer brand experience — ensuring employees are authentic advocates and the lived experience matches the external promise.
  • Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition / Marketing on external employer branding campaigns, career site content, social media presence (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, etc.), and candidate experience.
  • Develop internal storytelling and ambassador programs to turn employees into brand champions.
  • Monitor employer brand perception (internally via surveys, externally via platforms) and drive continuous improvement.


WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in HR, People Operations, Employee Engagement, Internal Communications, Employer Branding, or Corporate Culture — with at least 3 years in senior leadership.
  • Proven track record leading employee experience, culture transformation, or workplace programs in mid-to-large organizations (preferably 250–3,000+ employees).
  • Experience managing both strategic (culture/branding) and operational (office services/comms execution) domains.
  • Strong business acumen with ability to connect employee experience to business outcomes (productivity, retention, innovation, employer attractiveness).
  • Good command of English (written & spoken)
