Crossian is looking for an Intermediate General Accountant to maintain accurate financial records and support our daily accounting operations. In this role, you will handle a variety of accounting tasks, from bookkeeping to month-end closing, ensuring all financial data processed efficiently and accurately.

Accounting Compliance

• Perform variety of month-end closing procedures including preparation and posting of journal entries according to U.S and VN GAAP Compliance.
• Analyze financial statements accounts, identify unusual trends or erroneous entries and verify accuracy of transactions and balances

Policies and Process Improvement

• Develop and implement procedures to streamline monthly closings and other financial daily payment activities
• Identify inefficiencies and propose solution to improve accounting processes and systems

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or higher
• Professional Expertise: 3+ years of experience in Accounting (AR, AP, Tax Accountant)
• Technical Knowledge: Solid accounting knowledge including GAAP, US GAAP is highly desirable
• Industry Experience: Prior experience in E-commerce, fast-growth retail, or international work environments is a major asset.
• Language & Tools: Professional English proficiency; Advanced Excel skills and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Analytical Excellence: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Growth & Efficiency: A "Think Big" mindset with a keen eye for process improvement to drive organizational growth.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments and quickly adapt new tools/procedures.
