Project Manager / Scrum Master (Agile / Software Based), Fashion Product Development - Global Ecommerce Platform (Total Annual Compensation $65.000/year)

As a Project Manager / Scrum Master, you will enable our product squads to deliver consistently at high velocity. You will transform business goals into well-structured sprints, foster strong cross-team alignment, and elevate team performance through continuous improvement

1. Project Planning & Agile Process Management

- Lead sprint ceremonies (planning, standups, reviews, retrospectives) to maintain velocity and transparency

- Structure work into clear priorities, estimations, and measurable milestones

- Remove blockers early and maintain tight alignment to delivery targets

2. Performance Monitoring & Decision Making

- Monitor team capacity, velocity, completion rates & development milestones

- Build insightful reporting to support leadership in strategic decision-making, ensuring team targets remain relevant and achievable

- Continuously refine processes based on learnings and performance data

3. Cross-functional Coordination & Communication

- Act as the communication bridge across design, marketing, sourcing, and business stakeholders

- Ensure clarity of goals, timelines, and expectations across teams

- Facilitate efficient, well-structured meetings with clear action ownership

4. Team Development 

- Support hiring and onboarding for product squads

- Provide coaching that fosters trust, continuous learning, and high team morale

- Encourage a culture of accountability, psychological safety, and creative problem-solving

1. Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields (HUST, FPT University, University of Technology, NEU...).

2. Work Experience

- 4-5+ years as a Scrum Master / Agile Project Manager in tech-driven environments

- Proven experience driving delivery through Scrum methodology

- Strong stakeholder management and cross-team coordination skills

3. Technical Skills

- Proficiency with Agile tools (Jira, Asana, Confluence)

- Comfortable interpreting data and turning insights into improvements

- Solid understanding of product development workflows

4. Soft Skills

- Excellent facilitation, documentation, and active listening skills

- Empathetic, solution-oriented, collaborative approach to leadership

- Fast learner with curiosity for fashion, materials & consumer trends

- Fluent English for daily collaboration with international teammates
