ABOUT THE ROLE

We are building an agile, data-driven Fashion Product Development team that turns global trends into commercially successful products. From trend research and concept creation to sampling and final launch, is optimized for speed, quality, and customer delight.


As a Project Manager / Delivery Manager, you will lead the end-to-end execution and performance of the Fashion Product team. You will turn business goals into clear product roadmaps and well-structured sprint plans, embed effective Agile practices to strengthen ownership and accountability, and ensure seamless collaboration across teams. Your mission is to deliver consistent, on-time product launches, continuously improve processes, and enhance overall team performance.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

1. Project Planning & Agile Process Management

- Own end-to-end delivery of the Fashion Product Development team, ensuring product launches meet agreed timelines, quality standards, and business objectives

- Translate goals into clear sprint plans, priorities, and measurable milestones

- Lead sprint ceremonies to maintain execution discipline and transparency

- Proactively identify risks and remove blockers to keep projects on track and within timeline commitments


2. Performance Monitoring & Decision Making

- Monitor team capacity, velocity, milestone completion, and overall delivery milestones

- Provide data-driven insights and performance reporting to leadership, highlighting gaps and improvement opportunities

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, predictability, and product development speed


3. Cross-functional Coordination & Communication

- Monitor team capacity, velocity, milestone completion, and overall delivery milestones

4. Team DevelopmentĀ 

- Build and develop a high-performing Fashion Product team aligned with business objectives

- Closely manage individual growth and capability development to ensure continuous performance improvement

- Ensure strong alignment with company culture, values, and ways of working

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

1. Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields (HUST, FPT University, University of Technology, NEU...).


2. Work Experience

- 4-5+ years as a Scrum Master / Agile Project Manager in tech-driven environments

- Proven experience driving delivery through Scrum methodology

- Strong stakeholder management and cross-team coordination skills


3. Technical Skills

- Proficiency with Agile tools (Jira, Asana, Confluence)

- Comfortable interpreting data and turning insights into improvements

- Solid understanding of product development workflows


4. Soft Skills

- Excellent facilitation, documentation, and active listening skills

- Empathetic, solution-oriented, collaborative approach to leadership

- Fast learner with curiosity for fashion, materials & consumer trends

- Fluent English for daily collaboration with international teammates
