We are seeking a Legal Specialist (Contract management) to support Crossian’s legal administration and contract review processes across multiple international markets.


This role focuses on reviewing and managing commercial agreements with international partners, particularly in the United States and China, ensuring legal clarity, contractual consistency, and risk mitigation in business operations.


You will work closely with internal teams and external partners in a fast-paced global e-commerce environment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

1. Contract Review & Legal Support


  • Review and support the drafting of commercial contracts, service agreements, and partnership contracts.
  • Identify legal risks, ambiguous terms, and contractual inconsistencies, and propose appropriate revisions.
  • Ensure contracts are aligned with company policies and international business practices.


2. International Partner Contracts

  • Review and manage contracts with international partners, particularly in the United States and China.
  • Handle agreements with:

-- China-based factories and warehouse partners

-- US-based models, business partners, and professional consultants

-- Vietnam-based service providers


3. Legal Documentation & Coordination

  • Maintain and manage contract records and legal documentation through a structured online and offline filing system, ensuring proper organization, traceability, and record integrity.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth contract execution and compliance.
  • Support internal teams in clarifying contractual terms with international partners when necessary.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR

Education

  • LL.B (Bachelor of Laws) is required
  • LL.M is a strong advantage


Experience

  • 3–5+ years of experience in corporate law/litigation, contract review, or commercial legal support
  • Experience handling contracts with international partners
  • In-depth knowledge of Commercial Law, Contract Law, Labor Law, Advertising Law, etc.
  • Prior exposure to US and China-related commercial agreements is highly preferred
  • Experience working in multinational or international business environments
  • Background in e-commerce, retail, or fashion-related businesses is a plus


Skills

  • Strong contract review and legal reasoning capabilities
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify legal risks and propose practical solutions
  • Capable of working independently and taking ownership of assigned tasks.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional business teams


Language

  • Professional English proficiency required (IELTS 7.0+ or equivalent)
  • Ability to review and communicate contractual matters in English
