Creative Strategist - Video Content Creator (up-to $2,000)

We are seeking a talented Creative Strategist to lead the creative direction and quality assurance of video/footage assets. You will collaborate closely with the Sales & Marketing team to conceptualize and develop high-impact, original video content tailored for our digital advertising campaigns.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Lead End-to-End Video & Image Production

- Translate marketing objectives briefs from Sales & Marketing team into a clear, cohesive production vision

- Specify and curate background/environment requirements - including set design needs, backdrops, spatial layouts, and environmental elements that support storytelling and product integration while ensuring feasibility within budget and timelines.

- Define detailed props and set dressing requirements - researching, selecting, and briefing on essential props, wardrobe styling cues, product placements, and supporting objects that enhance authenticity, visual interest, and performance potential (e.g., viral hooks, emotional triggers).


Innovate & Enhance Footage Quality

- Research and analyze current trends in short-form video content, ad formats, and platform styles (e.g., Facebook-native aesthetics, viral hooks, UGC trends, performance creative benchmarks).

- Provide actionable recommendations to improve creative concepts, scripts, and final executions based on trend insights and past campaign data.

- Collaborate closely with Sales & Marketing team to clarify needs upfront, align on creative direction, and streamline feedback loops.


Conduct Rigorous Quality Assurance and Provide Expert Feedback

- Perform detailed quality checks on footage, evaluating elements such as lighting, color grading, composition, framing, model performance, pacing, and overall visual/aesthetic quality.

- Deliver clear, constructive, and prioritized feedback to external parties to address issues before final review.

- Ensure all outputs meet campaign objectives, creative briefs and platform-specific ad requirements to minimize revision cycles.


Project Management and Operations:

- Plan and coordinate internal projects, ensuring all tasks are executed on time and efficiently.

- Build and optimize operational processes for managing resources and efficiency within team


WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Education & Knowledge

- Bachelor’s degree in Creative Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related creative field.

- Strong knowledge of visual storytelling principles, composition, color theory, and performance-oriented creative for digital platforms.

- Good command of English (written)


Core Skills

- Exceptional creative conceptualization and problem-solving abilities, with a talent for translating briefs into compelling video concepts.

- Strong storytelling skills and deep understanding of visual communication principles to craft engaging, high-conversion content.

- Meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to critically assess footage (lighting, performance, composition, pacing) and provide precise, actionable feedback.

- Excellent project management, time management, and multitasking skills — able to handle multiple campaigns under tight deadlines.


Professional Experience

- At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in video content creation, video production, or a similar creative role in advertising/digital marketing.

- Proven track record as a Video Content Creator, Creative Producer, or equivalent, with hands-on involvement in pre-production, shooting oversight, and post-production.

- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of video content demonstrating strong storytelling and visual impact.

- Experience working with e-commerce platforms, DTC brands, or performance marketing campaigns is highly desirable.

- Prior exposure to managing external production partners (studios, freelancers, models) and end-to-end video workflows is a plus.
