As a C&B Specialist, you will support the People Operations & Empowerment (POE) team in running key day-to-day processes related to Compensation & Benefits. You will take ownership of tasks such as onboarding, insurance procedures, and compliance documentation. You will also contribute to the smooth execution and continuous improvement of C&B-related programs and policies. This role is perfect for you if you are detail-oriented, process-compliant, and eager to grow your HR operations skillset in a dynamic, data-driven environment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Onboarding & Employee Records:

  •  Prepare and send Offer Letters to selected candidates
  •  Maintain employee personnel files in compliance with internal policies and data protection requirements.
  • Manage HRIS system & employee master data, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and completeness
  • Update organizational structure data in the system as the company expands.

 

Employment Contract:

  •  Manage electronic contract issuance and signing process; track signing status and ensure timely completion.
  •  Monitor probation review timelines and contract expiration dates
  •  Contribute to system administration and ensure labor contract practices comply with current laws and company regulations

 

Health insurance (Generali):

  •  In charge of Health Insurance enrollment and termination for employees and dependents.
  •  Maintain accurate benefits records and work closely with Accounting to ensure proper cost allocation

 

Compliance Programs: Annual health check-ups for employees, Visa/Work permit for expats. Support in organizing mandatory training: Fire prevention & fighting; First-aid training..

 

Others: Support improvement of HR administrative workflows and digitalization where applicable. Provide administrative reports related to onboarding, contracts, head count... when required.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor or above degree
  • At least 2 years of experience in C&B
  • Detail-oriented and highly focused professional with effective written and verbal communication skills (English equivalent to IELTS 6++ or TOEIC 800++)
  • Self-starter mindset, good critical thinking, high energy to quickly adapt with a fast-growing organization
  •  Experience in Technology/ E-commerce/ international companies is an advantage
