Intermediate 3D Fashion Designer - Up to 30-Month Salary

As we continue to scale, our mission is to build strong direct-to-consumer brands and maximize customer lifetime value, by establishing our own in-house R&D Product team

We are now hiring an Intermediate 3D Fashion Designer to help bring our product ideas to life through high-quality 3D modeling and simulation.

For candidates based in Ho Chi Minh City, a minimum two-week training and onboarding period in Hanoi is required. Relocation and training allowances will be provided

3D Apparel Design Creation

• Create high-quality 3D models of bras and other apparel, ensuring designs are realistic in fabric behavior and fit
• Apply strong understanding of garment construction, including fabric properties, draping techniques, and pattern making
• Develop 3D animations to effectively showcase product features and design details, and create dynamic presentations for stakeholders.

Collaboration & Communication

• Manage multiple design projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards
• Collaborate with the product development team to conceptualize innovative bra designs, translate concepts into detailed 3D models, and ensure design feasibility.

Innovation & Improvement

• Implement new 3D design techniques, technologies, and materials to enhance innovation.
• Stay updated with industry advancements and integrate best practices to maintain cutting-edge standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a 3D Fashion Designer, with a portfolio showcasing expertise in clothing design, particularly in 3D modeling and simulation.
• Excellent visualization skills, with a keen eye for detail, color coordination, and style trends.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills & ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing design requirements.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative and other design software.
• Experience working with US-based fashion brands or global markets
