As a Performance Marketing Manager, you’ll lead a team of 10-15 marketers, driving revenue and profitability through strategic paid media campaigns. WHAT YOU WILL DO

1. Define Strategy & Drive High-Impact Growth

  • Set clear, ambitious performance objectives for your team, ensuring alignment with Crossian’s rapid growth goals.
  • Develop scalable marketing models and data-driven strategies to maximize revenue, profit, and customer lifetime value.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, continuously innovating to outperform competitors in the e-commerce landscape.


2. Lead & Execute for Maximum Performance

  • Own the full-funnel strategy—from campaign ideation to execution, ensuring every dollar spent drives profitable growth.
  • Manage and inspire a team of 10-15 high-performing marketers, fostering a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Streamline processes to enhance efficiency in daily, weekly, and monthly campaign execution.
  • Analyze and optimize campaign performance, delivering actionable insights and reports to senior leadership.


3. Develop & Elevate Your Team

  • Act as a mentor and coach, empowering your team with the skills and mindset needed to excel in a hyper-growth company.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning, ensuring the team stays ahead of Meta algorithm changes and digital marketing best practices.

  • Partner with the Supply Chain Team to develop accurate sales forecasts and scalable growth plans.
  • Work closely with the Creative & Content Team to develop high-performing ad creatives that drive conversions.
  • Align with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and optimization across all marketing channels.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in fields that require strong data and numerical aptitude, such as Accounting, Auditing, Data Analysis, Computer Science, IT, Mathematical Economics, or Applied Mathematics.
  • Alternatively, a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in fields related to Marketing, Project Management, Business Administration, Investment Economics, Software, or Construction.
  • Certifications in Data or related fields will be advantageous.
  • Current work experience in roles that require strong data and logical skills, such as Growth Marketing, Auditing, Finance, Data Analysis
  • 3+ years of experience in build, lead & managing a team of 8-10 members in digital marketing, users acquisition, growth hacking, or paid media.
  • Proven track record of managing and scaling paid ad campaigns with multi-million dollar ad spend across platforms like Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads), Google Ads, TikTok, and other digital channels
  • Proficiency in BI tools, marketing automation, or advanced analytics (SQL, Python, or similar is a plus
