Mission
Own and scale HR operations to ensure accuracy, speed, and trust in all employee lifecycle processes.
Core Ownership
1. Data Accuracy & Compliance
- Own end-to-end employee data integrity across all systems
- Ensure zero critical payroll / contract errors
- Control all contractual changes (salary, promotions, transfers)
- Maintain compliance across jurisdictions
2. Employee Lifecycle Operations
Own execution across all stages:
- Onboarding — structured, fast, manager-aligned
- Probation — tracking, decisions, escalation
- Benefits — administration, clarity, consistency
- Employee Experience — first point of contact for all HR ops queries
- Offboarding / exits — clean, compliant, well-documented
3. HR Support Model (First Line)
- Act as central entry point for employee & manager requests
- Ensure ≥90% of cases resolved without escalation
- Build clear SLA and response standards
4. Process Design & Standardization
- Build and maintain clear, documented HR processes
- Eliminate manual errors and inconsistencies
- Introduce automation where it matters
5. Vendor & Payroll Coordination
- Own relationship with:
- Payroll providers
- EOR (e.g. Deel)
- Benefits vendors
- Ensure:
- correct inputs
- timely delivery
- issue resolution
6. Reporting & Control
- Track and report:
- HR Ops accuracy (errors, corrections)
- SLA performance
- workload and bottlenecks
