Senior Google Performance Marketing Specialist (Up-to $5000)

As our Senior Google Performance Marketing Specialist, you'll be in charge of developing and executing performance-driven advertising campaigns on Google Ads platform. Your expertise will be significant in optimizing campaigns, maximizing ROAS, and driving customer acquisition. We're seeking someone with a strong background in Google Ads performance marketing and a proven track record of achieving strong growth and driving results.

• Plan, setup, and optimize effective Google advertising campaigns, including: Search, Shopping, Performance Max.
• Dive deep into campaign data to identify key performance indicators (KPIs), track campaign success, and make data-driven decisions for optimization.
• Collaborate closely with our creative team to optimize ad creatives.
• Test and iterate ad creatives, audience segments, and campaign strategies to continuously improve performance and maximize ROAS
• Provide regular reports to stakeholders, sharing insights, highlighting successes, addressing challenges.

• 2-3 years experience in Google Advertising, specifically with these campaign types:  Search, Shopping, Performance Max.
• In-depth knowledge of Google Ads Manager, including campaign setup, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and optimization techniques. Familiarity with performance marketing metrics.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to extract valuable insights from data to optimize campaigns.
• A bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing, Business, or a related field. Extra points if you graduated from top universities (local or global) and had a GPA that sparkled. Proficiency in English, IELTS 6.0+.
• Experience in the e-commerce industry or with DTC brands is a plus.
