As an integral part of our Technology Innovations CoE, you will work under the supervision of the Engineering Manager and Tech Leaders while receiving guidance from the firm's CTO. Operating within a dynamic Silicon Valley-style Tech-startup environment (Agile mindset), you'll join daily check-ins with the team to stay updated on the project progress and collaborate with the eco-system.

Our aim is to build a comprehensive Cross-border eCommerce Platform that features solutions for Storefront, Payment Gateway, Inventory, Catalogs, Logistics, Marketing Insights, CRM, and more:

  • Develop a Storefront solution.
  • Centralize payment gateways for managing transactions and after payment business (such as: refund, chargebacks, claims, inquiry,...).
  • Integrate various 3rd services to operate a complete supply-chain system including inventory, catalogs, logistics tracking, and more...
  • Convert raw data from marketing campaigns, transactions, user behavior, etc. into insights beneficial and significant for business operations.

Your role as a Talent QC Engineer will be vital in ensuring the quality of our software products and influencing the tech team to adopt a Quality Mindset. We don't see QC as merely testers; we see them as key contributors in instilling a Quality Standard across the team. As a Talent QC Engineer, you will be trained with the skillsets and mindset required to grow into a Senior QC or Quality Leader position.


  • Review and analyze software requirements, identifying any unclear or inconsistent items, and seek clarification as needed.
  • Work with the team to design tests, such as test data, test cases, test scripts, or testing methods.
  • Build manual test cases/test scenarios based on requirements, user stories, and acceptance tests within the test plan.
  • Responsible for testing Web Frontend & Backend systems and be accountable for all aspects of testing and QC process throughout the full project lifecycle.
  • Participate in release (with a Release Note document), support internal users, and ensure the quality of Software post-release.
  • Identify, analyze, report test results, and monitor defects in the defect tracking system.
  • Produce clear and concise testing documentation and adhere strictly to the test process.
  • Contribute to Agile meetings to understand user stories and acceptance criteria, collaborate within Agile sprint teams to conduct component and system-level testing.


  • Fresh graduates with Professional QC Cert or those with 6 months to 1 year of experience as a QC Engineer.
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT or CS from a top-tier University.
  • Coding proficiency (in any language) and ability to learn Automation testing.
  • Strong problem-solving capacity and critical thinking ability.
  • Familiarity with writing Software Development Requirement Documents, Functional Specification documents, and in preparing UI mock-ups.
  • Experience in creating and maintaining test artifacts and in knowledge about APIs, Web Services in a testing context.
  • Familiarity with Restful API testing tools: Browser Inspection, Postman, BrowserStack, curl, etc.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Good command in English (Reading, Writing)

Preferred (but not required)

  • Experience in Agile/Scrum projects.
  • Familiarity with Atlassian toolset (Jira, Confluence) + mock-up toolset (Figma, Draw.io,..).
  • ISTQB certificate.
  • Understanding of the eCommerce system.
  • Experience with TDD/BDD.
