As an integral part of our Technology Innovations CoE, you will work under the supervision of the Engineering Manager and Tech Leaders while receiving guidance from the firm's CTO. Operating within a dynamic Silicon Valley-style Tech-startup environment (Agile mindset), you'll join daily check-ins with the team to stay updated on the project progress and collaborate with the eco-system.


Our aim is to build a comprehensive Cross-border eCommerce Platform that features solutions for Storefront, Payment Gateway, Inventory, Catalogs, Logistics, Marketing Insights, CRM, and more:

  • Develop a Storefront solution
  • Centralize payment gateways for managing transactions and after-payment business (such as refunds, chargebacks, claims, inquiries,..)
  • Integrate various 3rd services to operate a complete supply-chain system including inventory, catalogs, logistics tracking, and more...
  • Convert raw data from marketing campaigns, transactions, user behavior, etc. into insights beneficial and significant for business operations.
  • Plus, numerous other opportunities await your input.


In addition to development tasks, collaboration with other firm’s CoE is crucial to comprehend issues within their specific sectors. Thus, from a technical standpoint, you will propose solutions to help them improve consistently every day.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Develop new user-facing features using ReactJS and NextJS
  • Translate wireframes and prototypes into high-quality code
  • Optimize components for maximum performance across devices and browsers
  • Implement responsive design and ensure cross-browser compatibility
  • Collaborate with backend developers to integrate UI and APIs
  • Contribute to front-end framework and library development
  • Follow industry best practices and standards for web development
  • Participate in Requirements Analysis & Technical Specification in the Agile/Scrum development process

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • 2-4 years of experience as Front-end Engineer
  • Students in Universities or has Bachelor’s degree in computer programming, computer science, or a related field
  • Strong in logic/math/algorithms or has a passion for Front End technologies
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Experience building web applications using ReactJS
  • Understanding of code versioning tools like Git
  • Knowledge of UI/UX standards and accessibility best practices
  • Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical tasks
  • Attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Good understanding of asynchronous request handling
  • Good command in English (Reading, Writing)


Preferred (but not required)



  • Won prizes in chess competitions / excellent student competitions is a BIG PLUS
  • Has knowledge of Clean Architecture, DDD, TDD, SOLID & SOA/Microservices
  • Has knowledge of design, and coding principles (e.g.: clean code, DRY/KISS, SOLID)
  • Has knowledge of OOP, DI concepts, .NET Core / Node.js & backend stacks: Postgres, KAFKA, Elasticsearch, S3/Minio
  • DevOps, SysOps in AWS, and CI/CD experience
