Experience:
- At least 3 years of professional experience in roles such as Project Coordinator, Project Admin, or Account Manager.
- Experience in mid-to-large scale projects with cross-functional teams is highly preferred.
- Experience in managing and coordinating projects to ensure timely completion, within budget, and at high quality.
- Experience working at agencies, outsourcing companies, or large startups is a plus.
- Experience in Account Manager/ Project Management/ Project Coordirnator is a significant advantage.
Technical Skills:
- Project Management Tools: Proficiency with project management tools like Trello, Asana, Jira, or Monday.com.
- Process Management: Ability to build and optimize work processes to ensure efficient operations, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excel: Intermediate-level proficiency in Excel (certifications are a plus).
Core Skills:
- Task Management: Strong ability to plan, prioritize, and track tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to clearly convey information between team members and stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: Highly detail-oriented, especially in process management and task management to minimize small mistakes.
- Problem Solving: Capable of identifying root causes of issues and proactively providing logical solutions. Demonstrates critical thinking and the ability to assess and resolve problems effectively.
Certifications (Bonus Points):
Project Management Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional), Scrum Master, or Agile certifications are highly valued.
