WHAT YOU WILL DO

1. Build Objective, Initiative, and Actionable Plans for the Team:

- Define Performance Objectives for your team.

- Develop models and strategies to achieve ambitious targets.


2. Manage the Team to Execute Initiatives and Action Plans:

- Establish operational processes to manage daily, weekly, and monthly activities of your team.

- Lead and mentor a team of 3-5 members, guiding them toward achieving goals and improving performance.

- Keep track of industry trends and best practices to stay ahead in the ever-evolving marketing landscape.

- Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance and present insights to the executive team.


3. Coach & Grow Team Members on Mindset and Skillset:

- Foster a growth mindset within your team.

- Provide training, feedback, and mentorship to enhance both technical skills and leadership abilities.


4. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams to Achieve Objectives:

- Develop Sales Forecasts and Scale Plans for both short-term and long-term goals in collaboration with the Fulfillment team.

- Work closely with the Content Team to develop effective ad creatives that drive conversions.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in fields that require strong data and numerical aptitude, such as Accounting, Auditing, Data Analysis, Computer Science, IT, Mathematical Economics, or Applied Mathematics.


- Alternatively, a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in fields related to Project Management, Business Administration, Investment Economics, Software, or Construction.


- Project Management certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile are a plus.


- Certifications in Data or related fields will be advantageous.


- High school specialization in natural sciences (e.g., Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry) or provincial awards in Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry (grades 9-12) is an added benefit.


- Current work experience in roles that require strong data and logical skills, such as Accounting, Auditing, Finance, Data Analysis, or IT.


- Experience managing a team of 3-5 members.
