The Creative Director is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the creative direction, and output of Crossian’s creative team including: Graphic Designer and Video Editor team. You will lead the end-to-end creative process — from concept and campaign ideas to ensuring top-quality execution and delivery. This position requires a visionary leader who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on creative excellence, inspiring teams to push boundaries while staying true to brand and business objectives.

What will you do

1. Shape and Elevate the Creative Function

- Lead the creative development of Paid media performance campaigns, promotional materials, and website visualization aligned with business objectives.

- Manage the end-to-end creative process, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.

2. Campaign Execution & Creative Excellence

- Collaborate closely with Product Content teams to ensure creative assets are optimized for various platforms and campaign objectives

- Develop and implement innovative visual concepts

- Monitor current trends in retail marketing, design, and technology, integrating best practices to keep engagement high and conversion rolling in

3. Team Development

- Mentor and develop the creative team (Graphic Designers & Video Editors), fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

- Effectively allocate resources, manage workloads, and prioritize tasks to ensure timely and high-quality execution of all creative projects

- Create and maintain creative guideline, review processes to ensure consistency and quality.

What we are looking for

- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in advertising / digital / communications, with at least 3 years in a senior creative leadership role

- Solid experience in managing and leading a creative team.

- Proven experience in developing and executing creative concepts for digital advertising (Paid Social), social media, and content marketing.

- A strong grasp of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual communication.

- Proven ability to work across departments (strategy, account, media, design) to deliver integrated multi-channel campaign

- Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools (e.g., KlingAI, Sora) and ability to integrate them into the content development workflow

- Highly organized with a sharp eye for detail, deadlines, and quality control in a fast-paced, high-output creative

environment.
